Deputy's Wife Indicted
| April Bowen, wife of Loudon County Sheriff's deputy,
Chris Bowen has been indicted by the Loudon County Grand Jury. Ms. Bowen
is alleged to have taken approximately $25.000.00 from the Loudon
Quarterback Club funds. The Quarterback Club is the Loudon Little league
football organization.
Ms. Bowen through council, T. Scott Jones, waived her arraignment scheduled for December 17th. A status date for the case has been set for May, 7 2007. Attorney T. Scott Jones was also the attorney who
represented Chief Deputy Tony Aikens in his extortion and tampering
indictments and is currently a business partner with Chief Aikens in JAM
Construction. |
