Depositions This Week
| Several county commissioners will have depositions
this week over the Cook Brothers lawsuit against the county. This is the
lawsuit that Julia Hurley encouraged Cook to file after he didn't get
his way on a rezone request. Not sure what the depositions are for, the entire meeting is on video. We'll see how this goes. |
