Depositions Canceled
| Last Thursday and Friday, several Loudon County
commissioners were scheduled to be deposed by lawyers representing John
Cook, Cook Brothers Construction. The depositions were for the Lawsuit
filed by Cook after commission denied his rezone request to be able to
build 194 homes in the Unitia area. No date has been reset for depositions. No date for the lawsuit has been set yet either. |
