Candidates have till December 10th, 12:00 noon to file a qualifying petition with the county election commission,

The only two county offices on the ballot will be for county property assessor and general sessions judge.

One candidate, Hank Sledge, has qualified for the judges race. Only one candidate, incumbent Mike Campbell, has qualified for the arrestor's race and one other person Larry Brown, has picked up a petition but not yet returned it to the election office.

The Loudon County Democrat Party will hold a caucus on December 5th and have stated that they plan to pick candidates to run in both races.
