County Sheriff Deputy Injured,
Cruiser Totaled
| Loudon County Deputy, Brandon Dixon, was slightly
injured and his police cruiser was totaled in a one car crash on Fork
Creek Road Monday night. The deputy reported he hit a slick spot on the
road before losing control of the vehicle. The cruiser caught fire and
was completely burned. The Philidelphia Fir Department had to use
caution while dousing the burning car due to live ammo on board. Deputy Dixion received what was thought to be minor injuries from the air bag deployment and the seat belt. Dixion also suffered other non life threatening injuries. |
