As per policy at vanshaver.com, if I make a mistake I always want to correct it.

I reported earlier this week that the 22 acres adjacent to the 2.2 million dollars school property on Hwy. 321 sold for $160,000.00. I was incorrect on two  issues. The property is actually 22.3 acres and it sold for only $158,400.00 according to the auction company's web site. Slayman Auction

I'm glad to make the corrections and sad to know that the school property is actually worth $1,631,749.00 less than the school board paid for it.
