Church thanks emergency response
crews for their service A Loudon County church showed its appreciation for law enforcement on Sunday. The Fellowship Baptist Church in Lenoir City hosted law enforcement and emergency response members. They celebrated their work and thanked them for protecting the community. Pastor Eddie Chasteen says we can feel safe because of the men and women who risk their lives. "We are just so glad we're able to do this because everyday, they put their lives on the line for us," said Pastor Chasteen. "We're just so thankful for them. And that's why we want to honor them." The church also honored Jason Scott. He was shot and killed in the line of duty nearly a decade ago. |
