According to county property transfers records, Chick-Fil-A has bought property on Hwy 321 in Lenoir City.

According to property records, the property they bought is between Dunkin Doughnuts and Captain D's. It's the building that has been a lot of diffrent restaurants over the years. I'm not even sure what the name of the business that's there now.

As I understand it, Chick-Fil-A will be tearing down the old building to build their new restaurant.

Chick-Fil-A paid MSM Development, Mark Matlock, $1,275,000.00 for the property.

As Far as I know, no timeline to open the new chicken restaurant has been released yet.
