Car Loses
| A simple traffic stop, about midnight Sunday night,
turned into chase and ended in a home on Forth Avenue being struck. LCPD
officer, Joe Foster, was attempting to stop the Mustang when the driver
decided he could avoid the stop. While trying to make a fast turn at E
Street and Forth, the driver lost control striking the house broadside.
The house did not move.
The driver and passenger, both Mexican, were arrested
and transported to jail. The driver had no licenses and drinking was
suspected. |
