Building Commissioner Responds To Arp
As commanded by County Mayor Doyle Arp last Thursday,
Loudon County Building Commissioner Bill Cox has submitted his response
to Arp as to what he intends to do about Arp's demand that he give
Tellico Village developer Wes Cooper a break on his Adequate Schools
Facility Tax. Cox had maintained that he would not violate the law even
for Arp. True to his word and risking a second round of Arp's wrath, Cox
told Arp in the memo that he would take no action to change the
assessment for Arp's friend.
