A joint meeting of the Loudon County Commission and The Loudon County School Board will be held tonight, 5/23/11 at 7:00 at the LCTC building, the old vocational school on Harrison Road.

I can poke a little fun at our elected officials since I am one but this could be a good meeting for all the officials to get together to discuss important issues facing the county.

The two boards will be meeting together to discuss the current school building program and hopefully be discussing possible funding options for the program. This meeting could be another important step in finally getting to the building program.

The public is invited to attend
