Fore Note. Ms. Randolph was the wife of former county
commissioner, Ted Randolph, and the grandmother of current commissioner
Chase Randolph. Blanche Randolph Obituary
She was a 75-year member of the First Baptist Church, Loudon where she and husband, Ted attended with their two children. During many years in her church she was involved with various responsibilities, but teaching Sunday School to the children was one of her favorites. She remained very active in her church until her advanced age and health kept her at home. She was well known for her cooking and baking skills which she cheerfully shared with family, friends and countless church meals and activities. In addition to her parents, Blanche was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Randolph, Sr., brothers, Glen, Roy, Clarence, Tom, Kenneth and Bill Jones and sisters, Nelle Blount, Edythe Moore and Mary Blevins. She is survived by her devoted children, Ted (Lynda) Randolph and Ann Stafford; grandchildren, Chase (Ashley) Randolph, Jennifer (Daniel) Pinkston and Joshua (Karla) Stafford; great grandchildren, Parker and Cooper Randolph, Claire, Sarah, Julianna, Rebecca and Natalie Pinkston, Elon and Ruby Stafford as well as many nieces and nephews. While we are so saddened by her passing, we know the happiness and joy that is now hers forever. In lieu of flowers the family request you make memorial gifts to Samaritan’s Purse earmarked for Operation Christmas Child, https://samaritanspurse.org/ or to the Susan G. Komen Cure for Cancer, https://www.komen.org/. Services honoring and remembering Balance Randolph were held 3:00 PM Sunday, March 23rd in the McGill Click Chapel with Rev. Richard Everett and Rev. Mark Hester officiating. Interment followed in the New Steekee Cemetery. The family will received friends 1:00 – 3:00 PM prior to the service at McGill Click Funerals and Cremations, 1366 Hwy 72 N, Loudon. Blanche had a saying she shared with those she held dear…”I love you, a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck!” |
