trillion dollars in debt, The Sleazy Joe Biden administration thought it
would be a good idea to spend billions more for for nothing. It's called the American Rescue Plan. It included $45,570,000,000.00, that's billion, for direct payments to every county and city in the country. Below is the amounts coming the Loudon County and each city. Loudon County $10,502,075.00 Lenoir City $2,499,541.00 Loudon City $1,578,968.00 Greenback $326,748.00 Philadelphia $195,427.00 The problem is, local governments can't use the funds for things they really need.
