April 1st Deadline

With the April 1st deadline just around the corner anyone planning to run for a seat on the Loudon County School Board just have a few days left to qualify. The 2nd, 4th and 6th district board seats will be on the August election ballot.

The August election will also be the state primary election. 5th district senate, 21st Representative and the 32nd Representative seats will be on the ballot. Two incumbents, Randy McNally and Jimmy Matlock have already qualified for re-election. 32 District incumbent Dennis Ferguson (D) has not yet filed to seek re-election. If he does he will be facing opposition both from a fellow democrat and two republicans.
