Another Meth Bust
| In what's becoming an all too
common occurrence, another mobile meth lab was busted on the streets of
our community. Starting as a simple traffic stop Tuesday night, things
quickly escalated to a full blown meth bust.
Under current law, all meth busts must be handled as a HAZMAT situation requiring full response of trained personal and fire and rescue personal to dismantle and decontaminate the scene and those who come in contact with the chemicals. It was reported that LCPD's Lieutenant Mike Tinnel was forced to take swift action when one of the meth cookers attempted to swallow some of the evidence. |
