Angela Deann Selvidge, age 42 of Lenoir City, passed away on December 10, 2013 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center.

She was a member of Concord First Baptist Church. Angela was a teacher at Highland Park Elementary School for 18 years. She touched the lives of many children. She was passionate about her students, caring about their well being. Angie loved her family, students, and her church. She also fostered many dogs through the Adopt a Golden program.

Preceded in death by her grandparents Oliver and Cora Mae Thomas, Clondas and Mattie Lou Selvidge and James and Dorothy Kiggans.

Survivors include her parents Ronnie and Linda Selvidge; brother Ron (Selena) Selvidge; nephews Luke Selvidge, Chase Coleman and niece Brooke Coleman; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 14, 2013 from 5 - 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Lenoir City. Funeral Services will follow at 7 p.m. with Dr. Dick DeMerchant officiating. Family and friends will gather on Sunday at Loudon County Memorial Gardens for graveside service at 2 p.m.
