Tiger Haven, a non-profit 501(c)(3) sanctuary for big cats in Roane County, Tennessee, is hoping

1,000 people want to order a Tiger Haven Specialty License Plate. Proceeds from the purchase of

the license plates will go directly to pay for the food, upkeep, and veterinary care for the big cats at the sanctuary.

Rescuing big cats for more than 30 years, Tiger Haven works with state and federal regulatory

agencies to provide safe housing for rescued big cats deemed to be abused, abandoned, or neglected.

500 people have already pre-ordered the specialty plate, and the non-profit needs 500 more

orders by June 15th, 2023 for the plate to go into production. To help the initiative, Tiger Haven

will pay the $35 specialty tag fee for the first year. The Tiger Haven license plate can be
