The city of Loudon along with funding from TVA has invested several thousand dollars in Riverside Park. The last few months, vandals have had... their way sitting restrooms on fire, graffiti, ripping lights from the walls, ripping sinks off the walls, stopping the drain lines up, costing thousands of dollars in repairs.
