500k Suit Filed
| On February 10th, David and Pam Aaron filed a suit in
Loudon County Chancery Court against Shubert Motor Company in the amount
of $500,000.00. The suit alleges that the Shuberts have defaulted on a promissory note to the Aarons in the same amount. Below is a link to the suit and exhibit "A", the promissory note. |
