One year, one month and five days since my last cigarette. Over twelve thousand cigs avoided and three thousand dollars saved.

I know you folks who have never smoked can't really understand what a big deal this to a former smoker but it is. I can safely say, I will never smoke again.

I'll say to my smoke dependent friends again, e-cigs is the way to go if you ever want to quit smoking. I'm living proof they work. After forty years of smoking, just took ten days to quit and I wasn't even trying to quit.

Regardless of what you hear in the media, there really is no downside to the electronic cigarettes.  For less than the cost of one carton of cigarettes, you can get set up for a month of vaping.
