Casteel a Principal employed by the Loudon County Board of Education; Melanie Shepherd school counselor; Taryn Harrison a minor under the age of 18; Aaron and Candy Harrison and natural guardians of Taryn Harrison; Raelynn Lanagan a minor under the age of 18 and Adam Lanagan Sr. her parent and natural guardian; Maelea Galyon an assistant employed by the Loudon County Board of Education 7/16/2014 2014-cv-90 Negligence, outrageous conduct, intentional, reckless and negligent infliction of emotional distress, malicious harassment, and violations of the Tennessee Bullying and Harassment laws. Defendant BOE knew that the terms of 15--year-old plaintiff Minor Doe's special education services were not being followed and that she was being bullied, harassed by physical assaults and threats from other students.
