Crews found the body of 41-year old Ginger Robbins of Caryville
shortly after two o'clock Sunday afternoon.
The accident happened around seven o'clock Saturday night. Officials
say a boat, possibly traveling at a high rate of speed, flipped
several times and landed upside down in the water.
Robbins and her father, 65-year old Robert Foshee, were thrown from
the boat. Shortly after the crash, rescuers found Foshee and took
him to UT Medical Center.
"Excessive speed is a factor in a lot of accidents similar to this,
I'm not sure if that's the case here," said TWRA Officer Jason
Lankford.
Robert Foshee is in stable condition at UT Medical Center.
