Nearly 10 Million

Nearly 10 million dollars will be coming to the two school systems in Loudon County in the most recent stimulus package from Washington DC. It's called, Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) fund

The Lenoir City school system will receive $2,919,288.

The Loudon County system will receive $6,785,148.

As with any federal money, it comes with a lot of strings and has limits on what the money can be used for.  See below

Hopefully, the school administrations can find the best way to use the funds.

Also, here is a link that shows how much money will be going to all Tennessee School systems.
